ARTWORK SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND SERVICES
Sending your artwork in correct format:

There is no setup charge. You may E-mail your custom design to: design@securisysagency.com. Acceptable formats are listed below.

Bitmap formats:

Email us your artwork in: JPG, BMP, TIFF or GIF format at actual size and at least 300dpi resolution (600dpi recommended) Example: if the artwork you are submitting is for 1"x1" (25x25mm) case badges or nameplates, artwork should be 1"x1" size at 600 dpi resolution or in other words 600x600 pixels.

Vector formats:

Illustrator up-to Version 10 or CorelDraw up to Version 8. Fonts - All fonts must be converted to curves. Alternatively default substitution fonts will be used by the software.
 
Quality:

Badge quality greatly depends on the artwork quality you are submitting. Bitmap artwork ideally needs to be 600dpi at an actual size of print. Final print can only be as good as the artwork you provide. E-mail us your design if unsure to: design@securisysagency.com
Colors and Color Matching
Your artwork should be submitted in CMYK colors (RGB may not represent printable colors). It is unlikely that you will be dissatisfied with the color matching of the final product. Most customers are amazed about how well their prints have turned out. However please keep in mind that colors you see on your monitor may not exactly reflect the actual colors of the image. Every monitor displays colors differently and every desktop printer also prints differently (depending on their calibration, brightness & contrast settings, manufacturer, inks, etc.). In cases when a precise color matching is required, please provide a Pantone reference (PMS) for your colors when sending your artwork.
 
If required we can create an artwork for your badges:

If you would like to have only a custom text on your badge, close this window and select Case Badges - Custom Text from the main menu. From there you can choose to have one of our generic backgrounds customized with your text free of charge.

If however you would like badges with a unique graphic (logo etc) and text but do not have your own artwork, or if your artwork is of a low quality and requires rework or cleaning-up, you can order us below to make a custom design for your badge from your or our concept. After placing your order for this service, please provide a brief description of what you would like, in your Email to: design@securisysagency.com quoting your order number. Once we have designed your custom artwork, we will Email you a digital proof which you can amend or approve as necessary to finalize it. Free physical proof is also available prior to production if your order quantity is over 500 (this will delay the total turnaround time for logistical reasons)
The charge below is a one-off charge and will not apply to any future orders for the same design with no modifications.

*Important Note: Ownership - We are unable to send you a digital copy of the artwork we have designed or reworked, but only a digital proof to approve the design . Designs we create for you can be used for your current or future orders with us at no further charges. If however you would like to purchase a digital/hard copy of the artwork CLICK HERE Until then the physical artwork file (not visual contents if copyrighted) remains our property and will be kept exclusively for your future orders unless you ask us to delete it from our system. They will not be sold to any third party and will not be available for the Public Domain (excluding any promotional samples).
